Premmie Baby’s year of birth(s): 2006
Length of stay: 6 weeks
Baby’s gestation: 36 weeks
Your thank you message: Thank you for all the support that you gave Skylar and for all the support for me. I was having to put up with an idiot for an ex and so many times someone would come to me with a hug, a smile or even a silly joke. It was a very lonely time as it was just Skylar and I, so I started to really enjoy being in the neo unit not just for my girl but for all the staff as well. It was even quite emotional to take her home because it would just be the 2 of us. But we did ok!!

So again thank you so much for not just the nursing but for eveything else that was done.

Your thank you message: oing into labour with a premmie baby was very daunting. Being rushed to Port Augusta from a nearby town meant that Maria was coming before we even really made it to the hospital. The staff were amazing and made me very comfortable even in those late stages of labour. Our obstetrician and midwives were very supportive. We have been very lucky that our princess has suffered no real medical issues with being so early. We have been truly blessed from above.
