Your thank you message:
On behalf of many many families I would like to say a very big thanks to all the staff that continue to support “US” as parents and our children through what some of us can say the hardest bridges we have ever crossed. I think any NICU journey whether it be hours, weeks or months to any degree is a very difficult time and the staff not only care for our childrens needs but support and care for parents too. I would like so say an extra special thanks to ALL the NICU staff at the Canberra Hospital for the hours you watched over my daughter and cared for her.

Your thank you message: Our deepest thanks to all of the wonderful nurses who cared for Aiden (and I) during Aiden’s stay in the old NICU and the new SCN. It is an experience that we won’t ever forget and every day we are thankful for the job that you do. Special thanks to Amanda, Aiden’s angel, who seemed to always pop up and know how to make everything okay again at exactly the right moment. To Sonya who cared for Aiden the day we moved to the new SCN and was there again to say good bye on the day we left – thank you for everything that you did for us. And to Allana, you are one of the most beautiful people we’ve ever met, thanks for making the NGT feeds pass quicker with stories.

Your thank you message: I would like to say a BIG thank you to the staff at THC and Calvery Hospital. I had fractures in my leg at the time I had my prem son and was confined to a wheelchair. The staff at both hospitals went out of there way to cater for me as NICU/SCU are not set up for wheelchairs. everything there was too high for me to reach, but the nurses did what they could to make the situation better. Thank you for all the support.
